COVRPRICE’S TAKE ON COMIC VALUES

A comic is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. With this in mind, CovrPrice only displays actual sales data (taken across multiple online marketplaces… not just eBay) to help you better determine the best value for your comics.

GRAPH - Total Graded Averages

Our goal for this graph is to show overall sales trends for officially graded comics. Here we take the average for each condition and display it as a data point. To see the most recent sales data for each condition be sure to look at the individual sales data listed in the tables below.

WHY ARE SOME SALES MISSING?

“I sold a comic last week, why isn’t it showing up on your site?”

At CovrPrice, we capture tens of thousands of sales DAILY. It’s simply impossible for a human to determine the authenticity of every sale coming our way. (Trust us, we’ve tried) To ensure the quality of our data we error on the side of caution, valuing accuracy over quantity. We only integrate sales for comics that our robots are confident are correct. While we don’t capture 100% of every sale in the market we’re getting closer and closer to that goal. If you think we missed a sale that you want to be entered into CovrPrice just contact us at [email protected] with information about the sale and our humans will investigate and add it for you.

HOW CAN I HELP COVRPICE CAPTURE MY SALES?

That’s easy, when listing your comics for sale on 3rd party marketplaces be sure you include the following: Comic Title, Issue #, Issue Year, Variant Info (usually the cover artists last name), and Grade info.

For example Captain Marvel #1 (2015) - Hughes Variant - CGC 9.8

This will help our robots better identify and sort your sales more accurately.

Major search engines and internet service providers (ISPs) log queries associated with known terrorist entities. Repetitive searches for raw propaganda archives can result in your IP address being flagged or your accounts suspended by service providers.

If this keyword brought you here to find the actual audio or sheet music, begin your search at the Süleymaniye Yazma Eser Kütüphanesi (Süleymaniye Manuscript Library) in İstanbul. Ask for the Yıldız Koleksiyonu (Yıldız Palace Collection) , Section Müzik, No: 112-135. There, you will find the original Nesid-i Sultani of Selim III, written by his own hand—the true echo of the Islam Devleti.

This guide outlines the "İslam Devleti" (Islamic State) nasheed archives, which primarily consist of collections of anashid (a cappella hymns) and other media produced by the militant group's dedicated media wings, such as the Ajnad Media Foundation . These archives are widely studied by researchers, counter-terrorism experts, and historians to understand extremist messaging and recruitment tactics. 1. Purpose and Historical Context islam devleti nesid archive

The Islamic State systematically co-opted this long-standing art form, transforming it from a medium of spiritual reflection into a weapon of psychological conditioning. By maintaining the instrument-free, vocal-only format, the group deliberately aligned its media output with ultra-conservative religious standards, making the content more palatable to orthodox audiences who would otherwise reject mainstream music or Westernized propaganda. Production Value and Sub-Cultural Appeal

Because tech conglomerates and governments actively scrub this content from the surface web, digital repositories like the Internet Archive and various encrypted networks have become primary battlegrounds where these media elements are preserved, studied, and systematically taken down. The Role of Nasheeds in Digital Propaganda Major search engines and internet service providers (ISPs)

While the most famous tracks were produced in Arabic, the presence of terms like İslam Devleti and neşid points to a targeted Turkish-language archive. Propaganda units translated and recorded specific tracks in Turkish to target audiences in Turkey and parts of Central Asia. These archives frequently feature digitized Turkish subtitles superimposed on video files or standalone MP3 formats. 3. Cross-Platform Archiving Tactics

When public archives do surface on decentralized file-sharing networks or the dark web, they are rapidly targeted by cyber intelligence firms and law enforcement for takedown. This ongoing game of digital "whack-a-mole" ensures that while the materials rarely disappear entirely, they remain sequestered in obscure, difficult-to-access corners of the internet, limiting their exposure to the general public. Legal and Safety Risks and powerful crescendos.

Interspersing vocal tracks with real or synthesized sound effects, such as marching boots, clashing swords, horse whinnies, and gunfire, to immerse the listener in a cinematic combat environment. Strategic Functions of the Audio Archive

Unlike the low-fidelity recordings of older militant groups, IS elevated nasheed production to professional studio standards. Utilizing advanced digital audio workstations, engineers layered multiple vocal tracks to create rich harmonies, echo effects, and powerful crescendos.

Our goal is to provide our members with the closest FMV (fair market value) for all the comics in their COVRPRICE collection. Our approach is as follows:

1) If no condition info is entered for a comic, we will show you the FMV for the most common condition of that comic.

2) If you’ve entered condition info, we will show you the FMV for that specific condition, when it’s available.

3) If that specific condition has no sale values available, we will show you the FMV for the most common condition of that comic (either raw or slabbed)

This approach helps to ensure that most of your comics have a reasonable value estimate based only on real sales data (not speculation).

The items below show how value information is displayed for raw and slabbed comics on the COVRPRICE value ribbon.

info-icon

Indicates a raw comic with no grade info entered. In this case, we show the FMV for the most common condition. (i.e., NM $900)

info-icon

Indicates a raw comic with grade info entered at 9.6. Here the FMV ($1,234) is for a Raw 9.6 comic.

info-icon

Indicates a raw comic with no sales info available at any condition range.

info-icon

Indicates that the user entered a raw comic with a grade of 9.6. When there are no sales for that grade we show the FMV for the most common condition. (e.g., NM $900)

info-icon

Similar to the above example, when the only available FMV comes from the No Grade category, we show the word “Raw” next to the value instead of a specific category range. (e.g. RAW $900)

info-icon

Indicates a slabbed comic with grade info entered at 9.6. Here the FMV ($2,000) is for a CGC 9.6 comic.

info-icon

Indicates a slabbed comic with no sales available at any condition range.

info-icon

Indicates that the user entered a slabbed comic with the grade of 9.6. When there are no sales for that grade we show the FMV for the most common condition. (e.g. 8.0)
