The fullscreen browser, a cornerstone of the Kontakt 7 identity, has received powerful updates. The text search logic has been significantly enhanced. It now intelligently matches partial strings and understands the context of your search across library names, instrument names, presets, tags, and other metadata. For example, searching for "acid bass" will now successfully find a preset named “Acid Tube Bass,” even if the words are separated.
Dropping legacy VST2 support to focus entirely on VST3 and Avid AAX for Pro Tools, ensuring better stability and automation management.
