A known bug in Pixel Client could cause the game menu to glitch and flicker while the user was clicking. This would cause the game to register around 20 clicks per second (cps) due to a frame drop, even if the user was only physically clicking 10 cps. Because 20 cps is an inhuman speed that suggests an auto-clicker, the server's anti-cheat system would ban the user for hacking, even though it was a bug in the client causing the issue.
